All paid plans (Personal, Pro, and Business) include a 7-day free trial. During the trial period:
If you are charged (i.e. your trial has converted to a paid subscription) and you are not satisfied with SignBolt for any reason, contact us within 30 days of the charge date and we will issue a full refund of that charge, no questions asked.
To request a refund, email support@signbolt.store with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your account email address. We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the most recent charge only and is available once per customer. Subsequent subscription periods are not covered by the money-back guarantee (but are still covered by Australian Consumer Law rights where applicable).
You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
SignBolt is operated by SeaQae Group, based in Perth, Western Australia. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010, Schedule 2).
For major failures with the service, you are entitled to:
For minor failures, we will remedy the issue within a reasonable time. If we cannot remedy a minor failure, you are entitled to a partial or full refund.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We can usually resolve issues faster than the chargeback process. Accounts with open chargebacks may be suspended pending resolution.
Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months. If you cancel an annual plan within the 30-day money-back guarantee window, you will receive a full refund of the annual charge. Outside of that window, refunds for annual plans are assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be prorated for the unused months remaining, subject to Australian Consumer Law obligations.
